Rise is a reflection of the composer’s feelings after the Corona pandemic. Time to start up again, but it felt so overwhelming when the music scene started again. So the composer had to face certain challenges, overcome them and get back into the flow. The piece is built with the concept of the golden ratio or Phi in mind.

The shape is determined by multiple overlapping golden ratios, in an attempt to find the correct length for each part of the piece.
