Refund policy
The possibility of returns applies for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- gift cards
- downloadable software products
- some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
- Books that have clearly been used
- CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records whose packaging has been opened
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and where this is not our fault
- items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery.
Digital sheet music
Sheet music (digital) can be returned within 30 days. This means that the music may no longer be in the possession of the buyer in any way and certainly may not be printed, shared or played. If this does happen, a copyright lawsuit will follow.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt via email. We'll also let you know if we've approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to appear.
If that is not the problem, please contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)
No refunds can be given on discounted items.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to geertjan@gjkmusic.nl and send the item to Ferdinand Bolstraat 12, Leeuwarden, 8932JP, Netherlands.
Gifts
If it concerns an item that was specifically purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and the person will be notified that you have received it and sent back.
Dispatch
To return your item, you must send it to Ferdinand Bolstraat 12, Leeuwarden, 8932JP, Netherlands.
The shipping costs for returning the item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on where you are.
If you send us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
