Rise is a reflection of the composer's feelings after the Corona pandemic. Time to reboot, but it felt so overwhelming when the music scene started up again. So the composer had to face certain challenges, overcome them and get back into the flow. The piece was built with the concept of the golden ratio or Phi in mind.
The shape is determined by multiple overlapping golden ratios, trying to find the right length for each part of the piece.
